Cynthia holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Statistics together with a certificate in leadership from Kenyatta University. Over the years she has displayed exceptional leadership skills as portrayed in the various positions she has held. Cynthia has worked as an Internal Auditor at Nyayo Tea Zones Development Co-opertion (NTDC), Nairobi. She is passionate in community outreach programmes and has worked as a programmes manger at Global Alliance for A Healthy Society(GAHSO),an executive director at Eden Women Empowerment Programme(EWEP) under Eden Kenya and also the Director of Lampara Kenya.
