Dickson holds diploma in community health from Great Lakes University of Kisumu 'certificate of community health from ICAP, Global Health Action from Colombia University. Have worked with the ministry of public health and sanitation in the implementation of Indoor residual spraying against spread of malaria in upper Nyakach division. Currently is a community health volunteer attached to Nyamarimba sub county hospital and a board member of a local primary school.
