Pastor Elly Ngoya holds an Accredited Diploma in Bible & Theology from Moffat Bible College ,Kijabe Kenya. ATC certificate from the Kisumu National Polytechnic and a degree in Bible & Theology from ULPGL( University of Goma,DRC) . He is a clergy by calling and has served the Kenyan Churches, Schools & Hospitals as Pastor,Counselor, Chaplain & Boards of Local Secondary Schools.

He currently serves as the In charge of AIC Sondu Town Local Church.
